VACUUM HEAT TREATMENT
Vacuum heat treatment provides superior surface quality, eliminates oxidation, and minimizes dimensional distortion for high-performance tool steels, stainless steels, and superalloys. The process includes precise temperature ramping, controlled vacuum levels, and high pressure gas or oil quenching to achieve consistent martensitic hardness and grain refinement.
SINTERING/ ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
Specifically designed for post-processing Metal Injection Molded (MIM) and 3D printed additive manufacturing components. Performs thermal debinding and high-temperature vacuum sintering in a single step to consolidate metal powders into solid, high-density parts. Features advanced wax/binder condensation systems to keep the furnace chambers clean and contamination-free.
